I received a BS degree in biology 8 yrs ago, graduating with a 2.9 gpa. I got C's in Chem, Bio, and A & P, Got an A in physics, B- in Orgo and Biochem, and B's in upper levels my senior year like cell phys, genetics, etc. I worked in research for 2 yrs and went back and got a BSN. I got almost straight A's however I took chem at this school 6 yrs prior and got C's bringing my BSN GPA down to a 3.4. I haven't taken my GRe's yet. I have 3.5 yrs of experience in a Cardiothoracic ICU.

Should I even bother applying with these shameful science grades??
