I have a 6 yr old 1800 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house that I'm looking to rent for students starting in July/August 2010. House has a 2 car garage, a dining room that could be used as a study (to spread books out and knock out those late night study sessions), and a fenced in back yard. It is located in SW Fort Worth 15 miles from Texas Wesleyan and 8.5 miles from TCU campus.
