SOLD: Roizen & Fleisher's "Essence of Anesthesia Practice", 2nd ed. Very good condition, though the last 100 or so pages look to have gotten a little wet, so they ripple a little (though they don't stick together or anything). Also, the first page after the front cover is wrinkled and has a small tear at the bottom. No pen/pencil/highlighting marks. This book is fantastic for care plans and is out of print. The cheapest one for sale on Amazon.com is listed at $999.98.
