I've been working my way through the literature, but I was wondering if any of you guys are using toradol intraop for analgesia to lower narc requirements. I'm especially interested in use of toradol gtts in lap surgery.

At a glance, most people would SCREAM no to periop NSAIDs due to the risk of bleeding, but is this an absolute contradiction for all cases? I'm working on a care plan for lap chole (for a simulation), due to my patients co-moralities I need to limit nacs so I'm looking at toradol.
