So as I start to settle down into a different ICU in a new and larger city, I reflect on my last 2 years as an ICU RN and ponder a question. I am beginning my applications for CRNA school due this fall and the question is regarding the process, well that is one particular thing. For all you seasoned CRNA's or newbie successful applicants, what is it that makes an individual stand out in this whole process? Aside from all the obvious things like GPA, GRE, letters of rec, etc... What has served you well as an applicant or CRNA, or what makes an adcom say this is are guy/girl? I thank you all for your invaluable advice in advance.
