So end of the case, young guy (~20's) has a LMA in and he suddenly wakes up in a horrible stage II.

Clamps down on lma enough to occlude it (or is it laryngospasm?)

No air is getting in or out.

Sats start to dip and you decide to give some propofol only to find that the IV was yanked out during the stormy stage 2...

Patients sats are now in the 80's with a HR of 130's BP keeps recycling...

What do you do?
