I know universities cant legally say if race and sex affect the chances of getting in but if a black male applicant and a white female applicant applied with the same grades, xp, and accomplishments do you think race and sex comes into play? I say this because i'm almost 100% sure that it greatly affects chances in a BSN program. When i asked my classmates their grades coming into the nursing program it seems that the guys were lower. I know one reason is just because a lot of males dont apply period but with CRNA schools is it about 50/50 with male to female ratio? Post what you think guys. Thanks
