I am studying for interviews, working on the PACEP website...which is awesome to whomever suggested it.

However, I have to admit, I pretty much suck at PA lines. This is because, we RARELY use them. We get a CABG about once a week (our entire CT program has moved to our other hospital) and the only other people we EVER put PA lines in is new livers. I haven't actually HAD a pt with a PA line in probably 6 months! And on the patients that DO have them, we don't wedge!

What this means is that I NEVER get pts who have complications, etc. So even if I can understand the basics, I never have to troubleshoot, etc.

I am really frustrated. I am trying the best I can, but dang. I have to vent.
