Hi all,

I am accepting a job in an ICU where I feel I can get great experience for CRNA school, as well as hopefully a great ICU experience. My concern is that the ICU managers are clearly hoping for a tacit long-term commitment, i.e. i think they are looking for two years. my question is, if i decide to apply for CRNA school after 12, 18 months or something, how does one go about getting recommendation letters in such a situation? if someone thinks you are doing a good job, etc., but you throw in the politics of leaving the unit after a relatively short time? i know this can't be an unusual situation so just trying to understand any strategy here.

thanks in advance!
