:nurse: The facility I work for (and is sponsoring me throughout the program) pays a stipend... I was only wondering how common this practice is and the stipulations others may be abiding by in order to receive such a benefit.

My facility pays for 100% of tuition/books/supplies, allows me to keep my medical/dental/vision insurance for myself, my spouse, and our three children, and pays a bi-weekly stipend equivalent to that of our LPN wage. The system calls it the "Grow Our Own" program... of course, I will owe them MANY YEARS of service... and if I back out, I will owe them all the money!!

Any insight???
