I feel like I should have a least a little idea about why this is true, since we use paralytics in the unit -- but I don't. Anyway, I shadowed last week and the SRNA was saying how when the TOF is 0 you cannot reverse the neuromuscular blockade. It was a busy case and all she really said was that it was a very long drawn out explanation. I've searched google high and low -- where else can I look to find this information?
