I searched the site... could not come up with much. Anyone who interviewed at Wake Forest have any info to share on the process? Thanks for any info you might have.

Bump! would love to get some information as well about the process at Wake Forest - anyone? Thansk
I intervied at Wake this past year (December 2008). This was actually my first interview for anesthesia school and I was very nervous. Initially you go in and sit as a group and view a power point about the program, they give you packets of info and the program director talks to everyone about the program and answers any questions. After that you are put in a conference room with students that are currently in the program and given a tour of the facility while people are called back 1 by 1 for their individual interview. Interviews last anywhere from 10-20 minutes. You sit at a long table with you and the program director at the top and about 10-12 others. It was intimidating, even if they claim they didn't mean for it to be. As far as questions... why do you want to be a CRNA? Tell us about a patient you took care of. (broad statement I know... but it was asked...) They didn't ask specific questions, they let you lead them and asking questions based off of the info you were sharing with them. They will pull up your grades and GRE score while you are sitting there... If you have made a "c" in anything... be prepared to defend yourself! I made a C in a Science course (only 1 C and it was in Chemistry) the rest were A's and B's in all of my other science courses... and I was grilled for what felt like atelast 2-3 minutes about that one class. They also asked "what do you think would be the hardest part of this program for you". One more bit of advice, dont spout off words that you dont understand -- if you mention a drug know it front and back because they will probably ask you about it. If you mention Swan #'s, know them like the back of your hand!!! All of that being said - I did not get in at Wake but I have met with the assistant program director and plan to reapply next year. I think it is a good school, but they are not as friendly as some others in NC.
