Hi all,
My questions have to do with evaluating a contract offer from an Anes. group/hospital. They are offering tuition and stipend$ for committment to work as CRNA after grad. It seems like a good offer but I have no "measuring stick" to compare. Is there a basic concept of dollars to years? Sort of like: for every 20K expect to give a year, or for every 10k expect to give a year; or every 30K? I think I have some wiggle room in terms of how many years I can commit to.

Assume for arguement sake that I am sure that I want to return to this facility, (in truth I do, I'm just not sure how long I want to commit for), that the escape clause is fair (the interest rate% is actually better than most loans), and that other variables are acceptable.
Thanks for any feedback
