I bought this book today and i have to tell you. Its UNREAL. Comes with a DVD loaded with pics, up to date and full of every airway everything i know about.

Written by the people who developed and teach "The Airway Course - Anesthesia" which is the best course out there. Some may know of it from the "Airway Cam" DVDs as well.
