I'm thinking of leaving the small town ICU that I'm in and look at the bigger city hospital. BUT they have their ICU's all broken down, a CVICU, surgical, medical and respiratory. Is there one that would be more beneficial to get experience in based on what they're looking for in a SRNA applicant? There are a bunch of opening in the respiratory ICU and I've worked on a respiratory floor before so I'm not intimidated by vents and such. Plus there are 1st shift opening there too which would be a big plus! So what do you think, would respiratory be sufficient or should I look at one of the others?
