has anyone had experience with this book? i have perused the 4th edition at school and like it because it gives the disease/issue, warranted surgery, associated conditions, surgical procedures, special anesthesia problems, and the pre/intra/post-op management. i was wondering if people use/like it? and/or do you recommend a similar style book?
