Hey all,

So I've used Magoosh/Manhattan to study for the GRE. I take it July 14... Took a practice test, was verbal 150, quant 153. Obviously, I wanna get those numbers definitely higher, but we'll see.

My main question is, at this range, do some schools require the GRE and not really care what you got unless it's above the accepted minimums? That's what I've heard about a few programs, and I'm definitely not approaching it that way, but I was kind of curious what other people think about that statement...

That's basically my one hurdle in acceptance I feel. I retook some classes, but always did better and hopefully that all helps in the long run. We will see, I guess. I'd like to kill the GRE to show I can handle it all, but I've always been awful at algebra and geometry.
