I am a CRNA hopeful! I work in a Neuro/Trauma ICU, in a busy level II trauma facility. At the time of my application I will have between 1 - 1.5 years of experience (depending on the school), which I know is the minimum. My other statistics include:

MSN GPA: 3.62
BS GPA: 3.24
Science GPA: 4.0

GRE: 307

Certifications: CNL, CCRN, TNCC

CRNA Shadowing hours: 50

Leadership/Volunteer: Overseas mission, unit committee member, volunteer in local clinic, research experience in the department of anesthesia

Will my other statistics help make up for the lack of ICU experience, since I know most programs see an average of 3 years of ICU experience? I want to know if it's worth spending all this money on applications this year or if I should wait another year.
