Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to go with this, but if have a question I cannot find the answer to. I'm an ICU RN, aspiring CRNA, stuck in rural hell.

Mid thirties male, hx dilated cardiomyopathy (cocaine, etoh), EF 30%, couldn't afford medications, migrant field worker.

A couple days ago he codes at a really, really small community hospital. Likely down for some time. Per their ED RN he was "intubated in the vocal chords for a while." Reintubated. Transferred to my rural community hospital. While getting him from gurney to bed he codes again. Blah blah blah. Nothing eventful. Whatever, here we are four days later. I turn him using a lift (despite all the blow he's a portly fella).
