    Default how low will you go?

    84 female presents for phaco/IOL/trabeculectomy (cataract surgery) -

    patient has LMA and is spontaneously breathing. all things being equal, and stable vital signs, question is...

    how low are you willing to let the respiratory rate/minute ventilation go before you take measures to 'rectify'?
    what would you opt to do should you want to change anything?
