Do you guys think it would be worth it for a CRNA to pay $30k+ in tuition to earn an advanced pain management certificate (such as the one offered by Hamline University)? To be able to actually apply the skills on a daily basis that would be gained by attending such a program, would someone have essentially no choice but to move to some ultra-rural midwestern state?

Also, would it be unrealistic to earn such a certification with the goal of subsequently becoming a CRNA who specializes in pain management, or is a certification like this better suited for a CRNA who wants to expand/improve their skills but keep their current job?
