Anyone ever get touted the rules of anesthesia in your training?
Here are the top 3 that i remember.
Rule #1 don't sleep with anyone in the anesthesia department. (have also heard it extended to the entire OR)
Rule #2 don't kill anyone on an elective case.
Rule #3 the only reason valid to call out of work is your own funeral

Left a big impression of what I was getting myself into. This should be interesting to hear other sets of rules.
