Do you do Trans-foraminal epidural steroid injects for chronic pain? We have been doing midline epidural steroid injection for redicular pain at our rural CRNA only practice for years. Have had a few patients move on to get trans- foraminal injections that resolved their pain symptoms much better for longer periods of time. What requirements would you have available to your practice before advancing to trans-foraminal injections? ie neuro-surg within__mins, neruology..... We do not and will not do cervical injections. Is there literature stating one technique is better than another?
