By far the hardest procedures were the ones we were NOT allowed to do in clinical due strictly to politics. In some clinical sites this was CVLs, others it was Nerve blocks, still others it was epidurals and spinals and many it was pushing the drugs on induction.

One thing that cannot be taught if you dont get experience in autonomous practices is independent decision making.
