Court: Dr Norberg Will Stand Trial In Propofol Rape Case
At the completion of a two day probable cause hearing a North Dakota judge has ruled that there is enough evidence for the prosecution to proceed with its case against Dr. Jon Norberg accused of drugging his wife with the anesthetic agent propofol against her will and raping her on dozens of occasions.
The most riveting testimony was from* Fargo police detective Paul Holte. Holte recounted statements made to him by Norberg’s wife, Dr. Aloona Norberg.*She told him that she woke up one morning and saw a bottle of propofol near the bed. She claimed she had a memory of a “clip in time” of Jon Norberg on top of her with his penis in her mouth. She also said she later had a discharge of what she believed was semen, from her mouth, vaginal and rectal areas.
