As a new CRNA one of the things I really liked about the job I accepted was during the interview the MD said that since I did my training at a place that's heavy in hearts he'd be asking for my suggestions on how to improve their heart program. He also said my suggestions weren't limited to hearts, but they also like hear from others on all aspects of anesthesia and constantly try to improve patient satisfaction. So, I was reading Jagger's experience with his recent procedure and it sounded awesome. So I'm curious as to what are some of your favorite adjuncts to use and what kinda cases? I'm only familiar with IV Tylenol and toradol
