looking for land. It would be a vacation place/retreat/ place to go when society collapses and the chit hits the fan.....

I'll have a cabin built there. maybe an underground shelter/bunker. built into side of mountain if there is mountains, etc..


I'm primarily looking for suggestions....

looking for total seclusion, off the grid (powered by solar and wind), farming (greenhouse) and organic food crops to be grown. etc...

just curious since we have so many rural folks here, what do I need to know about land?

In my research i've found that I should get (if possible) water and mineral rights.

what should I know about buying land?
