I have 8 years of NICU experience, and RNC-NICU
Getting by BSN now with gpa of 3.95; science gpa is 3.5
just got published a paper about neonatal sucrose use
and I am foreign educated nurse.
Going to school full time and working, can't transfer to adult ICU for now.
Will I have a chance if I start applying this summer, before I get adult experience?
