I just found out that Medicare has been rejecting reimbursement for ESI's I've been doing. I'm at a critical access hospital in Oregon as a solo CRNA. Are the wrong codes being used for billing or is reimbursement for CRNA performed interventional pain management procedures always refused by Medicare?
