Sota's Anesthesia Drug Handbook through skyscape in my iPhone was and is still a great, quick, detailed reference. It's hard to find drug references for your phone that have such detailed pharmacology and guidelines as this one (especially if you are relying on epocrates!)
The downside is Skyscape app is not the most fluid and easy to use platform.
