Pheo hasn't been ruled out. It was the same on my Ddx. I've know many an IM doc still spending their career looking for one. Took my preceptor 30 years
Just a BMP for labs. Presumably a pheo was ruled out in the past, but even if it wasn't it wouldn't be high on my list of differentials.
Isn't ACE or ARB usually trialed first? Especially if pt has lower K+?
What is included in full set of labs to you? Cbc, cmp benign except K+ 3.4
