A Philadelphia doctor was arraigned Wednesday in a Montgomery County Court on charges that he illegally provided drugs for more than a year to a woman he met on a "sugar daddy" website, prosecutors said.
Sean Graham Fogler, 47, an anesthesiologist, met the woman on seekingarrangements.com in February 2014 and continued a relationship with her until June 2015, prosecutors said.

Fogler, who also did some of the drugs himself, had a sexual relationship with the woman during this time and gave her from $2,000 to $4,000 a week to pay for her heroin habit, prosecutors said.
When the woman overdosed on drugs, Fogler administered Narcan, an opiod antidote, to revive her, officials said. The woman told police Fogler gave her drugs daily and that she overdosed at least once a week.
He also allegedly inserted various IVs into her so she could give herself drugs because she could not stick herself with a needle.
Fogler had meetings with the woman at a motel in Upper Merion Township, at a residence in Norristown, and at an apartment they shared in Philadelphia, prosecutors said. Fogler who was charged with multiple felonies and was being held in Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
