Federal Government Affairs: Even with AANA and many groups' warnings, MedPAC today voted to advise Congress to cut Medicare anesthesia and other specialty payments 5.9 percent per year for 3 years, total cut of 17 percent. AANA continues educating Congress to avert such harmful cuts.
