Man this week felt like it took forever starting Monday class 9-3, Tuesday I was assigned to PAT basically just doing preop interviews all day, nowhere near as fun as being in the OR. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday had class 9-3 at least I aced my respiratory quiz. Fri was fun we went to the sim lab, that is the coolest mannequin way better than anything that I used in ACLS or PALS. He has a pulse, spontaneous respirations or not. You have a complete anesthesia machine setup with monitors. My instructor ...
I don't want to go to work tonight. I am tired, I still don't feel good, and I just don't feel like going in. That is all. Of course, I'm going. I'm going to go upstairs, put on some scrubs, pin my stupid hair up and drive over there, because it's what I do. Sigh. :flybye: Sometime next year I'm sure I'll be wishing I could go back to work for pay. I just wish that thought made me feel better NOW!
