Rule of thumb: add total % of 02 / # of L of FGF = total 02%. Therefore, in your example '100 + 21/ 2L FGF = 60.5 or 61% 02. Hope this helps during incessant pimping!
Or, you can look at it as 210 ml O2 per liter of air. 1000 ml O2 per liter of O2. 1210 ml O2 per 2 liter of air/O2. 1210 divided by 2000 is 0.605. So it's really 61%.
O2 has 100% and air has 21% so in 2L of the mix you have 1/2 of 100% (50) + 1/2 of 21% (11) which will give you the 60% of O2.
