I posted my first blog posting 5-1/2 years ago and today I became a CRNA. It's hard to believe this road has taken so long, and it's been a rough journey at times, but today it was all worth it!!

Cannot wait to start my new job as soon as my license comes from the state board of nursing.

To anyone just starting the process...it's a long road, just stay focused and it can be done!! If I can do it, anybody can do it!!

Lost all blog entries since February, but happy to have the ones previous to that. I'm sure all I did was bitch and complain anyway...

Thankful to have Spring 2010 and Summer 2010 behind me! Now in the last semester of my didactic program and it's gonna be super busy - which hopefully means it will fly by quickly. We get a little intro to the OR this semester with 7 days at M.D. Anderson for observation/skills days. Yay
