hey guys. new to the site. i have been wanting to start an all crna group, but haven't a clue where to start. i have been talking to a few of the surgeons whom i work with often, and they seem to be on board with the idea. the hiccup is that these surgeons are employed by the hospital, and i am currently employed by the same hospital. i just know that a lot of the surgeons are unhappy with the current anesthesia services. they are not able to get the number of cases done that they would like. ...
