There are only a few restrictions on practice in RI. But that's all it takes to make it a lousy state for CRNA's

I wasn't aware RI had any specific restrictions. If they do can you fill me in? I was more refering to the place of practice and not state rules.

The state anesthesiologist society members are the supervisors. Mostly ACT there. They determine what their CRNA's do, and it isn't much more than GA. Sickly political in that state. In fairness, I haven't been there for quite some time. No reason to believe it has changed.
