National Nurse Anesthetists Week
January 21 - 27, 2007
"Rest Easy — A CRNA is by Your Side"
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are dedicated anesthesia providers who stay with their patients throughout their surgery. CRNAs are by your side, acting as your patient advocate -- monitoring your vital signs and administering anesthesia -- so your surgical experience is pain free. CRNAs are 36,000 strong in the United States, and growing!
Each year, toward the end of January, nurse anesthetists across the country celebrate their profession and their patients with National Nurse Anesthetists Week. In 2007, we will celebrate during the week of January 21-27. If you are having surgery, or know someone who is having surgery, and the anesthesia provider is a CRNA, know that you are in good hands, safe hands, and that your CRNA will carry you through your surgical experience pain free. We are at your side, on your side, providing healthcare from the heart, taking you to Destination Dreamland and back safely!
