seeking info here..

i have a cd rom that someone made (on a windows based laptop) that has jaffe on it. i knew it wouldn't work, but i put it into my ibook, and it couldn't read it.

what i want to do is somehow put that file on my iphone. any thoughts?

i have to clarify the OP, but it could either be a .doc or .pdf, which was done on a windows based laptop. i'll have to check with my buddy though.

email it to your iphone and see if it opens it.

If its too big, there are apps on the appstore which allow you to store files on yer iphone like this. You can transfer them from yer mac -> phone. File something? I dont really use em but i know thats what they are for.

yea, i'm gonna try to email from windows to my mac/iphone. i'm just wondering about varying file extensions and compatibility. i do know that the file is LARGE, and i have looked in the app store. who knows!
FWIW, he put jaffe, m&m AND anesthesia secrets on the disc. i would love to have all 3 via iphone access.

couple apps that should work are:

Folders
air sharing
datacase
files

They all allow transfer of any files from mac to iphone

The iphone can automatically view pdf,doc,ppt,xls for sure, ive used them all

where do you send your files to from the mac so you can read on iphone? where do they automatically open from?

those apps allow you to sync file that you want as i understand it
