Does anyone know of a good book that isn't HUGE and could easily be carried into the OR that has useful information on regional techniques?

I want something that has some pictures and preferably paperback so that I can pack it with me easily.

I already have the Mass General handbook but I am looking for something that is specific to regionals.

Thats a great book and the one I use at home but I was hoping for a smaller version like a handbook that I could pack with me a bit easier.
