Hello All!
Well the site has been up now for about 3 months and its time to check in with the users.
If you could take the time to leave some feedback it would be greatly appreciated.
here are some things we are looking to find out
1) How do you like the site so far?
2) What can we add to make it better?
3) What topics would you like to see covered by the CRNAs or in general?
4) If we were able to get some guest posters or interviews who would you like to hear from?
5) This site will remain 100% free permanantly. Would you like us to offer CEUs etc? We could not do it ourselves but we could invite companies to offer them through this site.
6) Are there any other things you can think of?
Thanks alot! We want to make this the #1 site for CRNAs and to Mentor SRNAs. We can only do that by having an active community of posters (thats you!) and feedback!

So far I love the site. Lots of good information. The only thing I think would help people who aren't to familar with the profession is a "Day in the life of CRNA" section. Possibly a day in the hospital, or if it's a lot different, a day outside the hospital in clinics or dentists office. Just a thought.

I'm in nursing school now and plan on going to CRNA school. This site is very helpful. I enjoy the advice given by those CRNA's that have made it. Especially in the area of prep for getting in a program and the tips for making it through school. Testamonials of the financial aspects of being in school and balancing family life in school are helpful also. I can see as I progress that the more technical threads will mean more to me. I am thankful for this site. You guys do a good job. One day I hope I can contribute something worthwhile here, but for now I'll just read and learn.

You are doing a great service here. from what I have seen, it is a great way for those with real interest in nurse anesthesia to get a quick taste of what it is like, This website provides a forum where questions can be addressed by those of us in the profession instead of someone else. It is a great place to get perspective and share ideas.
CE's, Hmmm, I will have to ponder that one! ;)

I'm new here, so it may just be me getting used to it. But..I have a hard time reading on the dark blue background (perhaps is just my old eyes!).
The content is great however!

For my first time here I have found the site fairly easy to navigate. As a very new SRNA(first pharm test on Monday!), i feel I can logon here to get a more personal perspective on the industry as a whole compared to the environment in OK/TX. I did post a photo of my new son who happened to be born on the third day of school. I REALLY DO NOT recommend planning your life that way unless you feel like beating the crap out of yourself while being hungry and sleep deprived. Although, he is a great inspiration to carry on....

The map is awesome! I can't believe it took so long to get from allnurses to this site (my alias:badgernurse over there). Anyway, I have already read so much valuable information on this site and it's nice to see some great people over here.

Mike,
Love the site - you've done a great job. I love the fact that it's anesthesia-specific, and I have already utilized the downloads, even though I don't start my program until January.
Thanks for all your hard work!
Terri

Hey thanks :)
Well the majority of it is thanks to the great users here. Without the SRNAs and CRNAs, i can add little to nothing. I thank all you!
Lets also not forget the staff, always adding posts and comming up with ideas for new stuff!
