Hey Mike,
Is your wife applying to Philly area schools too? Or is the Northeast getting to you and you want to head back to the southwest?

Hey man!
She is going to apply to a number of places but ultimately, we want to leave this part of the east coast. Ive gotten some offers from Oregon, Cali, AZ, NV in the type of practice i want to work in. So as long as i can find that sortof job wherever we go I dont care to be honest. :)

Mike,
I have family in AZ and am interested in relocating after school... What's the CRNA market like there (i.e. job availability). I'm most interested in Tucson, but Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area is also appealing.
Lemme know and thanks.

Hey Digg
Well the valley (phx and surrounding cities) is not a good market for CRNAs. It is changing but slowly. Tuscon does have a CRNA only group and more ACT practices.
As i learn more Ill let you know!

Thanks again. I have family in Tucson and Sierra Vista, and have always loved the high(er) desert. Phoenix is nice enough, too, but I prefer night temps in summertime to drop a bit!! :yikes:
Are you able to PM me and points of contact in Tucson?

There are a couple of places which are easy to find.
The VA and any IHS hospital in So. AZ.
The CRNA group I cannot remember but if i find it ill pm you. Otherwise, consider emailing the AZANA for info.
