I'm currently setting up a plastic surgeons office in Florida to allow her to do level 2 surgery, e.g., moderate sedation. There are a number of policies and procedures required by JCAHO and the State. If anyone is currently working in an office based practice, would you please send me copies of your P&P's. As you know, it's easier to modify as existing policy than to create one anew. Or, if anyone knows where I could find such policies, that would also be helpful. Thank you, Ron.
