Independent study

I am in the process of finishing my BSN at present. I have 8 years of RN experience. I have the opportunity to take a pathophysiology independent study course next semester. My professor will allow me to direct the course material. I am looking for suggestions that will help me down the road in a couple of years with NA school. Any suggestions??
