It's a step there. I graduate nursing school June 15 and start June 18 in UAB's SICU. They recover all liver and kidney transplants, so there is a lot of contact with anesthesia. I toured the unit today and they were very busy. I look forward to spending the next two years there.

Congrats buddy, I went to school at UAB and became a CRNA there. I loved it and got amazing experience at UAB, but my experience was a little different. I was a member of the UAB Critical Care Transport Team as well as worked in the ER/Trauma Center. If your planning on going to CRNA school, UAB has a great program and if you really want some advice about how to get into the program there or at Samford, just drop me a email in private and I will give ya some pointers.

Hope you enjoy UAB, its a good place to be but very very busy.
