In Table 8, "C2" represents a CRNA working alone plus a care team.

Do CRNAs work in care teams that only consist of CRNAs???

For this category there is no ologist working alone. Could there be a solo CRNA plus a care team where the ologist stays home by the phone?

...a little confused by the categories...

I read it as a mix. At times alone, at times in a care team. This could happen in some facilities after the regular day when the MDAs go home yet during the day there is a care team.
